He firmly emphasize on “Patient-centric approach and Problem-solving attitude” in Clinical Radiology, where scanning a patient is not just another scan to look at the areas of interest. It is in fact judicious use of scanning methods to find exact solution to the clinical problem. This essentially needs correlation with clinical history / laboratory investigations and comparison with previous scans to maximize the useful information from the imaging studies including an ultrasound scan. He believes in prudent, ethical and comprehensive use of imaging technology to find the exact cause of patient’s symptom and understand the disease process, so as to ensure efficient healthcare delivery for the suffering patient.
